介绍了该公司改善PVC树脂质量、适应塑料加工的具体工艺 :(1)选择新型的三元复合分散剂、选取最佳分散剂为A2 B2 C3,即A、B、C的最佳配比为 2 .0、2 .7、1.0 ;(2 )采用密闭投料方式对终止剂进行重新选型并优化配比 ,加适量的铁离子隐蔽剂 ;(3)改进干燥工艺 :物料采用串联流程 ,气体采用并联流程 ;自行开发了混料技术 ,选择适宜的混合条件。采用以上措施后促进了公司内部的产业链的良性循环 。

This paper introduces the process of improving the quality of PVC resin to meet the requirements of plastic processing in Xinjiang Tianye Inc.,which involve the following items:(1)selecting novel ternary composite dispersant,adopting an optimum dispersant A 2B 2C 3 with m(A)∶ m(B)∶m(C)=2.0∶2.7∶1.0;(2)feeding raw materials closely,optimizing the type and compositions of terminator,adding suitable amount of screening agents for ferrous ions;(3)improving drying process,i.e. adopting series process for materials and parallel process for gases,developing a material mixing technique under suitable mixing conditions by themselves.Adopting these modifications promotes the virtuous circle of the internal product chain of the company and propels the enlargement of total production scale.
