摘要
介绍了氨厂脱碳新工艺及能耗,并同传统脱碳工艺进行了比较。建议我国开发低能耗的Selexol脱碳工艺。对采用本菲尔法的10套大型合成氨厂,应开发低热耗的本菲尔工艺。
New process for carbon dioxide removal and energy consumption in ammonia plants is described. The comparison between the new process and the traditional one is made. It is suggested Selexol carbon removal process with low energy consumption be developed in China and low energy consumption Benfield process be developed in 10 large ammonia plants with Benfield technology introduced from abroad.
