摘要 复杂机电一体化系统(如飞机、汽车、加工中心、机器人等)的研发过程越来越表现为基于网络的分布、并行、协同、虚拟、智能、集成的网络设计与制造,机电一体化系统集成产品建模问题已成为国际上CAD领域的一大研究热点与难点。本文从系统的角度出发,根据各类工程系统之间的相似性,提出基于端口的多能量域集成组件模型并进行形式化描述。以此为基础提出了机电一体化系统多能量域集成产品建模与仿真框架,可以较好的支持机电一体化系统异地设计的演化过程。 Complex mechatronic systems such as airplane, car, machining center and robot, are increasingly taken the approach of network-based designing and manufacturing on the Internet. The research on mechatronic systems?integrated product modeling is now an international hotspot of CAD domain. According to the similarities among engineering subsystems including mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, etc., a componentbased abstract mechatronic systems?architecture is put forward, the port-based multi- energy-domain-integrated component model is given as well as its formalizing description, which consists of function, behavior, form, interface and constraints. Based on the component model, a multi-energy-domain-integrated modeling and simulation framework for mechatronic product is constructed, which can support the evolving process of distributed, collaborative, component-based and simulation-based design of mechatronic systems very well. Finally, a simple example is introduced to illustrate the main ideas.
