摘要 介绍了WMS2000型轮机仿真器中轴带发电机系统的工作机理、仿真系统设计及数学建模方法,并给出了部分具体数学模型。仿真轴带发电机采用西门子轴带发电机系统作为仿真母型。经简化设计,仿真轴带发电机系统包括集控室的操作屏、机舱的整流/逆变屏和电站监控计算机中的模拟检测系统。建立了能量系统模型、电力回路系统模型和控制系统模型。能量系统模型遵循能量守衡定律,电力回路模型估算了电流、电压及频率等参数,控制系统模型依据特性曲线得到。所建立的数学模型可仿真轴带发电机系统的正常及非正常工况,达到了较高的稳态和动态仿真精度。 This paper briefly introduces the principles of shaft generator in WMS2000 engine room simulator, the methods of designing and modeling, and some detailed mathematical models. The shaft generator simulator takes SIEMENS shaft generator system as a model generator. According to possibility and training need, the shaft simulator has been simplified to consist of three parts including shaft generator operation panel in central control room, shaft generator rectifier/inverter control panel in engine room and simulation test system in power plant monitoring computer. The following mathematical models are built: energy models, electrical circuit models and control system models. The energy models are built on the grounds of energy balance principle. The electrical circuit models calculate the current, voltage and frequency of shaftgenerator according to experience formula. The control system models are in accordance with the character curves. The mathematical models can describe the normal and abnormal running processes of the shaft generator system and get a better simulation accuracy under whether stable or dynamic running condition.
