摘要 从信背比、干扰等效浓度、干扰校正因子几方面讨论了铁对多种元素的干扰 ,提出了干扰校正方法 ,用于实际样品测定 ,结果满意。 The spectral interferences of iron in the determination of various elements by axial view ICP AES, including signal to background ratio, interference equivalent concentration (IEC) and interference correction factor, were discussed thoroughly in this paper. A method of interference correction was proposed and applied satisfactorily to the analysis of ferric chloride which was used as a water treatment agent. RSD′s found were within the range of 0.96%~4.10% ( n =10), and the recoveries obtained were in the range of 89.5%~118.0%.
