摘要
木质素磺酸钠通过电化学反应降解成低分子质量的产物。反应在以PbO2 膜电极为阳极、不锈钢网为阴极的电解池中进行。对降解产物进行了表征 ,并探讨了电压、时间、温度和 pH值的影响。当电压高于3V时 ,发生开环反应 ,而当电压低于 2 .0V时降解反应进行很慢。木质素磺酸钠经降解后 ,其水溶液的表面张力和油水界面张力都降低。降解与缩合反应同时存在。降解产物和石油磺酸盐合用时 。
Sodium lignosulfonate was degraded into substances with relatively low molecular weights by anodic degradation.The reaction was conducted in an electrolytic cell equipped with PbO 2 membrane electrode as anode and stainless steel gauze as cathode.Effects of voltage,time,temperature,and pH are discussed.Products were characterized by chemical and instrumental means.Some condensed products were formed during the reaction.Ring cleavage was proved to occur when the voltage was above 3.0 V.Therefore,the voltage should be restricted to avoid excessive ring cleavage.Surface tension and oil-water interfacial tension of lignosulfonate was reduced after the reaction.Improved surface activity of the degradation product was achieved when used with petroleum sulfonate.
