摘要
介绍了一种Delphi环境下的通信服务器程序编程,实现了一种功能齐全、界面友好的、使用方便的基于RS232和TCP/IP协议的小型通信服务器。
In this paper, a programming method using Delphi is introduced, through which we got a complete communication server, which is friendly interfaced and easily used.
