本文就新的交通理论在环路建设中的运用情况 ,从快速路系统整体构思角度 ,对立交、出入口、交织和路网之间的关系进行了论述。文中分析了立交及出入口设计中存在的一些问题 ,并对快速路设计中值得借鉴或需深入研究的问题提出建议。

The paper states the application conditions of new traffic theory in the construction of the ring roads in the relation of intersection,exits and entrances,crisscross and road network from angle of the overall conception of the expressway system.The paper analyzes some problems in the design of the intersection,exists and entrances.And it puts forward the recommendations for the problems to be made use of or to be studied in depth.
