摘要
本文针对当前设计方面存在问题的原因进行分析 ,并提出实行设计监理制的必要性和具体运作办法。
The paper analyzes the cause of the problems existed in the present design,It also puts forward the necessity and the actual operation method for carrying out the design supervision system,so as to ensure the optimum of the design results.
