Researches on National Treatment Clause of GATS

中国正式加入WTO的同时意味着中国即享有WTO赋予成员国的权利,也要履行WTO要求其成员国承担的义务。在服务业中其中一条义务就是赋予外国服务和服务提供者以国民待遇。通过对国民待遇条款的适用标准和适用范围的分析和论述,为解决国民待遇条款在国内相关服务业立法与适用中出现的问题提供参考。

China has been a legal member of WTO since Nov. 10,2001. According to the rules of WTO,China not only have the right but also enter into commitment for the membership. This article mainly focuses on applicable standard and applicable scope on the National Treatment Clause of GATS in order to offer some references for enacting Chinas Service Trade Law. [
