A Strategic Thought about Construction and Development of National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks

在总结我国农业科技园区建设与发展的现状、问题与经验的基础上 ,根据国家农业科技园区建设的基本要求 ,从战略的高度提出了包括三个支撑平台、七类重点内容和九类整体效应在内的国家农业科技园区建设与发展的总体构想 ,并从战略与规划、准确定位、发展道路、组织管理与运作机制、园区网络体系建设等 5个方面 。

Based on a summary of situation,problems and experience,according to the basic requirements,this article proposes a strategy approach that includes 3 supports and 7 important construct things as well as 9 kinds of effect to construct and develop national agricultural science & technology parks.In order to put the strategy thought into effects, 5 measures were given.
