摘要 采用热抽提法提取4种肠毒素性大肠杆菌菌毛蛋白。K88、K99、F41和987p菌毛蛋白分别制成弗氏佐剂苗;K88还制成白油佐剂苗,氢氧化铝胶苗和蜂胶佐剂苗;另将4种菌毛等比例混合制成弗氏佐剂苗。分别对产蛋鸡进行免疫,用微量凝集反应和血凝抑制试验检测卵黄抗体效价。结果表明,K88菌毛较其他3种菌毛免疫性好,诱导抗体效价最高而且能长时间维持;987p菌毛能快速诱导抗体的产生,但整体效价低。K88不同佐剂苗中,铝胶佐剂能较快地诱导抗体的产生,蜂胶佐剂苗抗体持续时间短,弗氏佐剂能诱导高效价的抗体产生而且能长时间持续。 Four kinds of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) fimbriae were extracted with thermoextract method. For K99, F41 and 987p fimbriae, vaccines were raised with each fimbriae and Freund's adjuvant. For K88 fimbriae, vaccines were raised with Freund's, white oil, Al(OH)3 and propolis adjuvant, respectively. Vaccine containing four fimbriae was raised with Freund's adjuvant. Laying chickens were immunized with different vaccines. After the first injection, two booster injection were given in days 20 and 50. Seven days after the first immunization, the egg yolk antibodies were detected with micro-agglutination. The result indicated that all four fimbriae could cause immune reaction. In K88 fimbriae Freund's adjuvant and white oil adjuvant vaccine could induce the highest titre of egg yolk antibodies and keep stable within a long time.
