This paper analyzes the bamboo resources and the bamboo charcoal processing utilization in Zhejiang provinces, and introduces the forming, characteristics and classification of bamboo charcoal and bamboo vinegar. And the paper also elaborates the countermeasures of bamboo charcoal research and development.
