摘要
分析了农业科研单位领导的现状 ,探讨实现对农业科研事业领导科学化的途径 ,提出要丰富和提高领导的组织艺术、用人艺术、授权艺术和督导艺术。
This paper analyses actual condition of the leaders of agricultural science and research unit, it discusses the ways of scientific leading on causes of science and research, and advances it is necessary to enrich and raise the leaders′art on organizing, making use of personnel, authorizing, supervising and guiding.[HJ5:1]
