Synthesis of o-Phthalonitrile by Ammoxidation

摘要 气相氨氧化邻二甲苯合成邻苯二甲腈是目前最简单、最经济的合成工艺。作者针对邻二甲苯的特 点,研制出了选择性高、寿命长、氨与邻二甲苯物质的量之比较小的V—Cr-Mo-O催化剂。经在φ330mm流化床中试 生产结果证明:邻苯二甲腈收率可达60%以上,产品纯度≥99.0%,达到了国际先进水平。 The synthesis of o-phthalonitrile by gas-phase ammoxidation of o-xylene is the simplest process with the lowest cost at present. A V-Cr-Mo-O catalyst, which is characterized by high selectivity, long service life and small molar ratio of ammonia to o-xylene, has been screened. The 0330mm fluidized bed pilot test indicates that the yield of o-phthalon-trile is >60% , which has reached the international advanced level.
