摘要
通过对天然高分子魔芋粉进行改性,制备了一种新型堵漏剂。探讨了pH值、接枝单体、交联剂等对凝胶强度和成胶时间的影响,利用红外光谱法对成胶机理进行了探讨。结果表明,该凝胶堵漏剂对于油气层部位的裂缝具有较好的堵漏作用。
A kind of natural polymer plant konjaku flour was modified. Effects of pH, grafting monomer, and crosslinker on strength and time of the gel formed were investigated. Mechanism of the gel formation was discussed by IR spectrometry. The result showed that the lost circulation material had good lost circulation effect on the crack of oil layer.
