摘要 应用Ti(SO4 ) 2 /SiO2 催化合成醋酸丁酯 ,该催化剂活性高 ,选择性好 ,易分离 ,反应时间短 ,不腐蚀设备 ,是一种环境友好催化剂。考察影响酯化反应的条件 ,获得优化工艺条件如下 :Ti(SO4 ) 2 负载量 10 % ,醋酸 0 .2mol,正丁醇 0 .2 2mol,催化剂 0 .6g ,反应温度14 0℃ ,反应时间 6 0min。此条件下 ,醋酸的转化率 Ti(SO 4) 2/SiO 2 was first applied to esterification of acetic acid with n-butanol. In the esterification reaction,the catalyst had high activity and excellent selectivity as well as no corrosion to facilities. The product was separated easily and the reaction time was shorter. Ti(SO 4) 2/SiO 2 ,moreover, was an environmentlly friendly catalyst. The reaction conditions were studied. The optimum condition was obtained as follows: supported titanium sulfate 10%, acetic acid 0.2mol, n-butanol 0.22mol, the catalyst 0.6g, reaction temperature 140℃,reaction time 60min. In the optimum condition, the rate of esterification was over 99%.
