摘要 采用一步法工艺制备了一种以苯乙烯 -二乙烯基苯为改性剂 ,可在室温下固化的聚氨酯浇注胶。研究结果表明 ,该体系具有优良的反应性、贮存性及操作工艺性 ,良好的力学性能以及较佳的粘接性能、耐酸性等。可作为铅酸蓄电池用浇注胶使用 。 A kind of modified polyurethane was prepared by one-step process in which styrene and divinyl benzene were used as the modifiers.The polyurethane elastomer can be cured at the room temperature and has a good adhesion for ethylene-propylene-diene mischpolymer(EPDM).The best formula was set down by orthogonal experiments and other many experiments.The reactivity,storage-life,pot-life,adhesion,acid-resistance and other properties were tested and discussed in detail.The results showed that the system possesses good combined properties mentioned above.It can be employed as the casting rubber and adhesive for lead-storage battery.
