摘要
讨论了不同VA含量不同熔体指数的EVA和各种增粘剂对热熔胶膜耐热性、软化点、剪切强度、拉伸强度、剥离强度等性能的影响。通过采用不同材料试验和配方的筛选 ,研制出一种 90℃剪切强度 0 .0 7MPa、拉伸强度 0 .47MPa、耐热性好、粘接强度高的热熔胶膜 。
Effect of different amount of EVA with different melt indexes and various tackifiers on heat-resistance,softening point, shear strength,tensile strength,and peel strength of the hot melt film adhesive was discussed.The hot melt film adhesive with shear strength 0.07 MPa and tensile strength 0.47 MPa under 90 ℃,good heat-resistance and higher bonding strength was prepared through the experiments for different materials and formula selection. So the range of the hot melt adhesive application was expanded.
