抑郁症的中医学病因病机探讨

Exploration on TCM Etiology and Pathology of Depression

回顾了历代医家对抑郁症病因病机的观点 ,并总结了现代医家从中医学角度对抑郁症发病机理的认识。从而初步探讨抑郁症的中医学病因病机。认为抑郁症是以情绪低落、思维迟缓、精神运动性抑制为主要表现的疾病。临床上常分为实、虚两证 ,其病因病机因年龄、性别、环境、体质等的不同而各异。

The author of this paper has made a survey of the viewpoints of traditional Chinese medical doctors in different historical periods on the TCM etiology and pathology of depression,and the viewpoint of contemporary medical doctors on the etiology and pathology of depression.On the bases of the above,the author has given a preliminary exposition of the TCM etiology and pathology of depression.The author points out that the patients of depression mainly show low mood,slow thought,mental disorder.In clinic there are two syndromes named the excess syndrome and the deficiency syndrome,and the TCM etiology and pathology of depression are different because of the patients' age,sex,surrounding,the quantity of human and so on.
