摘要
酪氨酸、色氨酸和苯丙氨酸是天然氨基酸中仅有的会发光的组分。本文将三维荧光分析法与平行因子 (PARAFAC)算法相结合 ,在激发波长为 2 0 5~ 2 90nm(5nm为间隔 ) ,发射波长为 2 70~ 3 80nm(5nm为间隔 )对该体系进行了分辨研究 ,分辨结果与实际浓度一致。该方法分辨速度快 ,易于编程实现 ,且分辨效率高 ,解决了三者同时分辨难的问题 。
Tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylalanine are luminescent substances in natural amino acids. In this paper, the authors resolved the mixture system using the PARALEL FACTOR algorithm combined with three dimension fluorescence spectrometry with excitation wavelength changed from 205nm to 290nm at an interval of 5nm and emission wavelength varied from 270nm to 380nm at an interval of 5nm. The resolved results are in agreement with the actual ones. Moreover, this method can solve the difficult problem of simultaneous resolution of tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylalanine with a high convergence rate and can be easily performed on computers. The evidence further demonstrates that chemometrics can be widely utilized in biochemistry.
