摘要
大功率温控设备KSY-12-16S可控硅温控SX2-6-13箱式电阻炉因接触电阻变大导致元件烧坏。对故障现象进行了分析,提出了排除办法,并通过更换元件对该设备作了改进。
Because of contacting resistance, it will result in burning out some components of high-power temperature controll equipment SX2 -6-13 box electric resistance furnace with KSY - 12 - 16S SCR temperature control. The troubles were analyzed and the removing methods were put forward. Improvement was made by replacements of some components.
