摘要
选择了四十多个可溶性的盐 ,实现了脂肪酶在高浓度盐系统中的固定化 ,并以固定化脂肪酶的盐为催化剂 ,研究了正己烷中脂肪酶催化丁醇和乙酸乙烯酯间的转酯化制备乙酸丁酯的反应和水溶液中橄榄油的水解反应 。
Lipases from Candida sp. were immobilized on celite and different kind of salts, respectively. The hydrolytic activities and transesterification activities of immobilized lipases in vinyl acetate were studied. It was found that transesterification activity of lipase in anhydrous vinyl acetate could be dramatically enhanced by the presence of some simple non-buffer salts in the lyophilized lipase. Lipase activity can be activated by some sorts of salt. In this case, deactivation of enzyme in organic media can be declined because of the formation of salt-enzyme compounds, which is advantageous to preserving a rigid structure of enzyme.
