色谱法分离与检测丙环唑顺反异构体

Separation and detection of cis and trans-isomers of propiconazole by chromatography

通过薄层层析分离并制备了丙环唑的cis 外消旋体与trans 外消旋体及2RS ,4S 丙环唑的 2R ,4S 体系与 2S ,4S 体。同时分别用高效液相色谱的正相柱与反相柱分离并检测了上述各异构体 ,其中正相柱对顺反异构体的分离效果好 ,定量精确 ,相对标准偏差小于 1 % ,反相柱分离效果略差 ,相对标准偏差 1～ 2 %。

Cis and trans-racemate of propiconazole,and 2R,4S and 2S,4S-configuration of 2RS,4S-propiconazole were separated and prepared by thin layer chromatography. These isomers were quantitatively determined by using positive and reversed phase column of high performance liquid chromatography,respectively. The positive column gave better results with relative standard deviation less than 1%( n =5), and the reversed column gave slightly poor results with RSD of 1%～2%.
