美国的灵活就业方式 被引量:3

摘要 灵活就业在美国一般被称为“非传统就业(Non-traditional Fmploy-ment)”,指正规就业以外的所有其他就业方式。美国的灵活就业大体上分为两类。一类是各种临时性质的工作,即我们所称的临时工。临时工的就业期限较短,一般在几周或几个月,官方认定的临时工标准为就业期最长不超过一年。这类工作的特征是。
