摘要
研究了胆红素 (Bilirubin ,BR)与过渡金属离子Zn2 +、Cu2 +在NaOH溶液中的荧光性质 ,发现Zn2 +对BR有显著的荧光增强作用 ,而且在高浓度Zn2 +存在下 ,Cu2 +的荧光猝灭作用被有效减少 ;据此建立了高浓度Zn2 +条件下BR的荧光分析方法 ,并用于中成药中BR含量测定。BR荧光分析方法的线性范围为0 1 5~ 5 0 0 0 μmol·L- 1 ,检出线为 0 77μmol·L- 1 。
Fluorescence characteristic of bilirubin and transition metal ion Zn 2+ or Cu 2+ in aqueous alkaline solutions was studied. The results demonstrated that zinc ion impacted a distinct enhancement on the fluorescence of bilirubin, and the fluorescence quenching by copper ion was reduced under the condition of high concentration of zinc ion. A fluorescence method for determination of bilirubin in the presence of high concentration of zinc ion was developed.The linear range was 0.15 μmol·L -1 ~50.00 μmol·L -1 for bilirubin with detection limit of 0.077 μmol·L -1 . The method was used to determine bilirubin in Chinese medicine with satisfactory results.
