摘要
以 2 -羰基丙酸水杨酰腙作为配体与五水硫酸铜进行反应 ,制得配合物 Cu(C1 0 H8N2 O4 ) (H2 O) 2 (1 )和Cu(C1 0 H8N2 O4 ) (CH3OH) (H2 O) (2 ) (C1 0 H8N2 O2 - 4为 2 -羰基丙酸水杨酰腙负离子 ) ,测试了配合物 2的单晶结构 .该单晶为墨绿色 ,属三斜晶系 ,P1空间群 .晶胞参数 a=0 .75 3 8(2 ) nm,b=1 .1 43 1 (2 ) nm,c=0 .75 0 0 (2 ) nm,α=93 .2 6(2 ) o,β=94.46(2 ) o ,γ=94.3 9(2 ) o,V=0 .641 1 (2 ) nm3,μ=1 .73 1 mm- 1 ,Z=2 ,Dc=1 .792 g/cm3,F (0 0 0 ) =3 42 .0 0 ,R=0 .0 3 5 ,w R=0 .0 48,GOF=1 .78.在配合物 2内 ,2 -羰基丙酸水杨酰腙负离子中的 2个氧原子和 1个氮原子、甲醇中的氧原子以及配位水中的氧原子与铜原子配位 ,形成四方锥结构 ,其中来自甲醇的配位氧原子位于锥顶 ;此晶体为外消旋化合物 ,晶体中存在对映异构体 ,两者通过氢键连接 ,形成二聚体 ,成对出现在晶胞中 .根据元素分析、红外和紫外光谱推测配合物 1与 2的结构相似 ;抑菌试验结果表明 ,配合物 1对辣椒疫霉菌和烟草赤星菌分别有 1 0 0 %和 66.0 2
Two copper(Ⅱ) complexes with 2 oxo propionic acid salicyloyl hydrazone, Cu(C 10 H 8N 2O 4)·(H 2O) 2 (1) and Cu(C 10 H 8N 2O 4)(CH 3OH)(H 2O) (2) (C 10 H 8N 2O 2- 4 is the dinegative ion of 2 oxo propionic acid salicyloyl hydrazone), have been synthesized. Bottle green prismatic crystals of complex 2 were obtained, and the crystal structure was determined by single crystal X ray diffraction. Complex 2 crystallized in the triclinic space group P 1 with a =0.753 8(2) nm, b =1.143 1(2) nm, c =0.750 0(2) nm, a =93.26(2) o, β =94.46(2) o, γ =94.39(2) o, V =0.641 1(2) nm 3, μ =1.731 mm -1 , Z =2, D c =1.792 g/cm 3, F (000)=342.00, GOF=1.78, R=0.035, wR =0.048 for 2 630 observed reflections [ I>3.00σ(I) ] out of 2 946 unique reflections. In complex 2, Cu atom is square pyramidally coordinated by two O atoms and one N atom of tridentate C 10 H 8N 2O 2- 4 ligand, one O atom of methanol molecule and one O atom of water molecule with the O atom of methanol molecule locating at the apical position. The crystal of complex 2 is a racemic compound, included a couple of enantiomers. The couples of enantiomers occur in the crystal of complex 2 in dimer bonding with two hydrogen bonds. According to elemental analyse and IR, the structure of complex 1 is supposed to be similar to that of complex 2. The results of biological activity tests show that complex 1 has 100% and 66.02% of bacteriostastic activity for phytophthora capsic and alternaria alternaea, respectively.
