摘要 20世纪 90年代以来 ,国际社会提出了多种改革方案 ,其中包括 :强化金融监管在风险管理和预防危机中的作用 ;改善全球范围内各国宏观经济政策的协调性 ;增加IMF的资金 ,使其在紧急情况下能向陷入危机的国家提供更多的援助 ;发挥区域性金融机构的作用 ;建立一个世界中央银行 ;制定出一整套切实可行的风险预警体系 ;将IMF的临时委员会提升为永久性的国际金融与货币委员会 ;将IMF并入世界银行 ;建立金融稳定论坛 ;创建一个国际清算体系 ;
