摘要
为了使复合射孔压裂装置的装药结构布置合理 ,提高装药量 ,延长对地层的作用时间 ,增强作用效果 ,研制了轴套式射孔压裂复合装置。这种装置是在常规射孔枪外套装了推进剂药柱 ,利用射孔弹射孔时产生的金属热粒子引燃外套的推进剂药柱 ,药柱在管外燃烧产生大量高温和高压气体 ,对地层实施压裂。其特点是 ,加大了装药量 ,多点引燃 ,起压速度快 ,压力高 ,射孔压裂效果好。辽河油田F5 2 - 4 2井的现场应用表明 ,该井施工前无产量 ,施工后稳定产量在1 6~ 2t/d。
To improve the structure of perforation fracturing apparatus and strengthen the action effect of the apparatus on the formation, a shaft sleeve type combined perforation fracturing apparatus is developed. A propellant cylinder is fixed on the outside sleeve of the perforating gun. The propellant cylinder is ignited by the hot metal particles produced in perforation, and it combusts and then produces large amount of high-temperature and high-pressure gas for formation fracturing. Application shows that the apparatus has the characteristics of rapid pressure starting, high pressure and good perforation effect.
