摘要
针对大港油田南部油区油井动液面下降 ,下泵深度逐年加大 ,采用管式泵采油泵效低 ,修井工作量大等突出问题 ,从 2 0 0 0年开始 ,在南部油区推广应用杆式抽油泵。 4 3口井的推广应用效果表明 ,增产井 2 1口 ,日增油 39 89t ,累计增油 2 174 6t,泵效提高的井有 2 5口 ,平均单井提高泵效 6 9% ;抽油泵工况改善的井有 2 2口。推广应用杆式抽油泵应注意科学选井 ;注意配套技术的应用 ;对稠油和载荷大的井应加大泵的支承力度 ;对出砂严重的井可考虑采用动筒式底部固定杆式泵 ;在条件许可情况下 ,应选用H级高强度抽油杆。
The liquid level of the oil wells in the southern area of Dagang Oilfield descends and the tubing pump having been used for oil recovery must be lowered deeper and deeper year after year. Since 2000, rod pumps were put into use in this area. Use of the rod pump in 43 wells shows that, the oil productivity of 21 wells was increased, and pumping efficiency in 25 wells was enhanced, and the working conditions of rod pumps in 22 wells were improved. The problems with the application of the rod pump are discussed in the end.
