摘要 详细论述了聚驱螺杆泵生产系统优选理论 ,包括螺杆泵的选择、抽油杆柱、油管、配套工具和驱动头的选择。运用可视化语言 ,编制了聚驱螺杆泵采油系统优化设计与故障诊断决策系统软件 ,可实现泵型、工作参数及配套工具的优选 ,给出设计表、故障分析及解决方法等。该软件方便实用 ,极大地提高螺杆泵生产时率和管理水平 ,具有较好的推广应用前景。 Optimization design theory of screw pump production system has been discussed particularly, which include selection of screw pump, rod, tube, matching tool and drive sub. By using of visible language , software of optimization design of screw pump production system and analysis system of fault diagnosis for polymer flooding has been authorized, optimization design of screw pump, working parametric and matching tool can be realized, and design form, fault analysis and solving method etc can be given .This software is convenience and practicality. Production rate and managing level has been improved maximally. The apply foreground of extending is amplitude.
