摘要
随着子午线轮胎用量的增加,开发性价比高的纤维帘布全自动裁断设备非常迫切。全自动裁断机的核心是定位控制技术的应用。采用全数字交流伺服系统构成的定位系统配以高速度、高性能的可编程逻辑控制器较好地解决了这一问题。实际运行结果表明:系统综合性能指标符合工艺要求,定长裁断误差小于±1mm,对接成功率高于90%。
The development of automatic radial ply tire cut control system with high performance/cost ratio is very urgent with the increase in demand of radial ply tire. The key technique of automatic radial ply tire cut control system is position control. The digital alternating servo control system with high speed and performance PLC works out a solution. The actual results show that the technological requirements can be met, the position error is less than ±1 mm, and the success probability of butt joint is higher than 90%
