分析了工程建设总承包项目中出现的索赔的原因,介绍了索赔处理程序和原则,提出防范和处理索赔的对策。
The reasons for compensation claim in general contracted construction projects are analyzed,the procedures and principles for claim treatment are introduced,and the countermeasures for prevention and treatment of compensation claim are set forth in this paper.
