摘要
目的 :观察归黄颗粒的抗心肌缺血作用及活血化瘀功效。方法 :静注垂体后叶素制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,皮下注射肾上腺素加冰水浴造大鼠血瘀模型。结果 :归黄颗粒能明显改善缺血大鼠心电图的ST段和血瘀模型大鼠的全血粘度及血液流变学特性。结论 :归黄颗粒对心肌缺血有明显的保护作用 ,并具有良好的活血化瘀功效 。
Objective: To study the actions of Guihuang pellet against myocardial ischemia and promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis. Methods: The acute myocardial ischemia and symptoms of blood stasis was induced by intravenous injection with pituitrin or sc adrenaline and ice-water stimulation, respectively. The changes of S-T segment in ECG and hemorheology were observed in the varied groups. Results: Guihuang pellet can obviously improve the ischemic S-T segment in ECG and the blood viscosity with low and high shearing (P<0.05). All of the therapeutic effects of Guihuang pellet showed the dose-dependence. Conclusion: Guihuang pellet protected the ischemic myocardium and promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis may be involved in its mechanism of action.
