摘要
STZ可致糖尿病大鼠血浆 6 keto PGF1α降低 ,TXB2 增高。经用渴痹康治疗 2 5月 ,可使STZ糖尿病鼠血浆 6 keto PGF1α升高而TXB2 降低。
Objective: Effect of Kebikang on concerntration of PGI 2、TXA 2 in plasma was observed in the diabetic rats. Method: Diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal administration of streptozotocin in the Wister rats. The diabetic rats were randomly divided into two groups: diabetic control group (MD, n=7) and the Kebikang treated group (KBK, n=9). Another group was normal control group (ND, n=13). Result: The concentration of PGI 2 in plasma of KBK group was significantly higher than that in MD group (P<0.05) after 2.5 month treated. The concentration of TXA 2 in plasma of KBK group was significantly lower than that in MD group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between ND group and KBK group neither PGI 2 or TXA 2. Conclusion: The changes of PGI 2 and TXA 2 in plasma due to streptozotocin-induced diabetes was corrected by KBK.
