摘要
日本の心丹灌服能明显延长小鼠耐常压缺氧生存时间、延长异丙肾上腺素引起小鼠心肌缺氧的生存时间、延长乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常的潜伏期并缩短心律失常的持续时间、对抗垂体后叶素引起的大鼠急性心肌缺血以及增加离体兔心冠脉流量而不影响心率。小鼠灌胃的最大耐受量大于 177 2mg/kg。
The Pharmacodynamics of Japanese Heart Tonic Pills (JHTP) was studied. Myocardial hypoxia tolerance test under normal pressure or induced by isoprenaline showed that JHTP prolonged survive time of mice. JHTP also prolonged the latent period of aconitine-induced arrhythmia and decreased the duration of arrhythmia. On the other hand, JHTP counteracted pituitrin-induced acute myocardial ischemia on rats、increased the flow of coronary artery in isolated heart of rabbit while didn't influence heart rate. The maximal tolerance dose of JHTP on mice was above 1772.mg/kg, this dose was 300 times over daily dose of adults, which suggested its safety in clinic use.
