摘要
目的 :探讨赤芍 80 1对肾病综合征血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法 :对 48例肾病综合征用赤芍 80 1治疗 ,比较治疗前后血脂、血液流变学指标变化。结果 :治疗后血清总胆固醇显著下降 ,甘油三酯显著下降 ,高密度脂蛋白显著升高 ,血液流变学指标改善。结论 :赤芍 80 1能显著降低肾病综合征血脂水平 ,改善血液流变学指标。
Objective: To explore the influence of Peaoma lactitlora 801 (801) on serum lipid and hemorrheological index. Methods: 48 nephrotic syndrome cases were treated with Peaoma lactitlora 801, serum lipid profile and hemorrheological index were measured before and after the treatment. Results: Serum total-cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) were significantly decrease after treatment (P<0.05), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly higher than before (P<0.05), hemorrheological index improved. Conclusion: Reaoma lactitlora 801 could significantly decrease the serum lipid level and improve the hemorrheological index with nephrotic syndrome.
