大理州戒毒人员AIDS认知水平调查

Investigation on AIDS Knowledge and Attitude to the People Giving up Drug Addiction in DaLi Prefecture

目的 :了解和掌握戒毒人员的认知水平。方法 :对整群抽取的大理州某两所戒毒所 140名戒毒人员进行匿名问卷调查。结果 :戒毒人员对 AIDS知识、态度问题的认知水平与笔者对云南省普通人群同期调查结果基本一致 [2 ] ,但戒毒人员对 AIDS知识、态度问题的认识存在职业和文化程度的差异 ,且农民、低文化者得分极显著低于工人、学生、高文化者 (P<0 .0 1)。具体表现为对 AIDS的非传播途径认识很模糊 ,对 AIDS病因及预防措施认识不足 ,对 AIDS流行形势没有清醒认识。结论 :戒毒人员对艾滋病知识 ,态度的认知水平与云南省艾滋病流行的严峻形势极不相适应 ,亟待加强教育。

Objective: To keep abreast of the members of detoxified drug users knowledge and attitude about AIDS. Mehtod: 131 detoxifiec drug users were investigated as sample by a questionaire which was designed by ourselves in DaLi prefecture. Results: The correct rates of the detoxified drug users answered ahout knowledge and attitude were separatery 64 7%?60 7%, with survey level of the corresponding period of general population's knowledge and attitude of AIDS in YunNan province. It shown mainly that the detoxified drug users had blind frightened psychology about non channels of infection of AIDS, not good prevention and cure of AIDS, and not good understood to harsh situation of AIDS epidemic in YunNan. The members score on AIDS knowledge and attitude had difference of occupational and cultural level, fammers lower than students, workers, low cultural level lower than high cultural level ( P <0 01)? Conclusion: The detoxified drug users knowledge level wasn't fit to harsh situation of AIDS spidemic in YunNan. Further education needs.\;
