摘要 目的 探讨赫氏书写试验在临床应用的可能性。方法 对正常对照和不同的抗精神病药物治疗的患者各10例进行书写试验进行比较分析。结果 应用高效价抗精神病药物能明显影响字体大小,与剂量、疗效及副反应存在一定相关。结论 赫氏书写试验可作为临床上判断药物疗效及副反应的有用工具。 Objectives: To explore the feasibility of Hasse Writing Test in psychiatric practice. Method: 10 patients taking various antisychotics were asked to take Hasse Writing Test, compared with 10 health controls. Results: The use of high potent antipsychotics had a significant effect on the magnitude of words written and was related to dose, efficacy and side effects. Conclusion: Hasse Writing Test can be a useful tool for evaluating the effectiveness and side effects of antipsychotics.
