男性慢性淋病的药物灌注、渗透及水囊按摩治疗

Drug infusion,permeation and water-bag massage for treatment of male patients with chronic gonorrhea

男性急性淋病虽然起病急,尿道溢脓尿痛等局部症状重,但病理特点为炎症反应较局限,多数仅波及泌尿生殖道的表浅粘膜.而男性慢性淋病虽临床症状轻,有的甚至已不明显,但炎症反应却多波及泌尿生殖道深在的附属腺体,诸如前列腺[1]、精囊腺、尿道球腺及尿道旁腺等[2].此病理特点造成各种常规治疗的疗效不佳,成为男性慢性淋病难以治愈的主要原因.为此,自1996年1月～1999年12月,我院采用全程尿道内药物保留灌注,微电脑行前列腺、精囊腺、尿道球腺和尿道旁腺药物渗透,并用脉冲式水囊行前列腺、精囊腺按摩治疗男性慢性林病49例,疗效肯定,报告如下:

To study the effective method for treating male patients with chronic gonorrhea. Methods Forty-nine male patients with chronic gonorrhea underwent the treatment of drug infusion through urethra,microcomputerized drug permeation,and pulsed water-bag massaging of prostate and seminal vesicle. Results Among the 49 cases,46 (93.9%)obtained excellent and satisfactory effects,2 fairly good effects and 1 had amelioration of the illness.No adverse effects at all were observed in all cases.Conclusions The drug infusion,permeation and water-bag massage are a safe,effective and comfortable new method for treatment of male patients with chronic gonorrhea.
