提高大学体育教学质量的几项措施

The Measures of Improving the Physical Education in Universities

提高大学体育教学质量首先应以人为本 ,提高管理者的管理水平 ,制定长远的体育教学规划 ,建立科学的体育教学质量评估体系 ;其次要重视大学体育教师师资队伍的建设 ,加强教师的道德修养建设、体育能力的培养、体育知识的更新 ;第三要加强大学体育基础理论研究、体育教学理论研究及体育科学研究 .只有这样 ,才能进一步提高大学体育教学质量 ,培养学生的健身意识、创新精神和创造能力 ,使大学生成为社会主义建设的合格人才 .

In order to improve the quality of physical education in universiies three things must be done. The first thing is improving the management level of manager,establishing the long term physical education program,setting up the rational system of quality evaluating.The second thing is emphasizing the foundation of the morality,the training of physical ability and the update of physical knowledge of teacher's team.The third thing is enhancing the basic theoretical research of physical science and physical education.Only in this way,the quality of physical education will be improved;the students's consciousness of exercising and their innovation spirit will be trained;so they will become the eligible in building the socialism.
