A Study on the Accumulated-points System

绩点制是实行学分制的重要配套措施之一 .自从 1985年我国开始倡导实行学分制以来 ,人们对学分制的讨论和研究比较多 ,却忽视了对绩点制的探讨 ,从而影响了学分制的顺利实施 .对目前国内高校在采用绩点制过程中存在的诸多共性问题进行分析研究 ,并在与美国高校实行的绩点制进行比较的基础上 。

Accumulated points system is one of the most important measurements for university credit system. From 1985,when credit system is popularly applied in China, people had emphasized a lot on the discussion of the general functions of credit system. However, it is fairly rare to see the detailed researches or articles on accumulated points system. From my point of view, it is impossible to build up a complete credit system without a practical accumulated points system for each university. Basing on the comparison between the credit system applications in the United States and in China, this article points out the general problems that occur during the procedure of credit system application, analyzes the causes,and makes recommendation of certain corresponding countermeasures.
