随着教育改革的发展 ,高校教育资源尤其紧张的问题已逐步被广大教育工作者所重视 .从打破原有实验室管理模式 ,改革实验队伍管理模式 ,改革现有实验模式 ,分层次开放实验室等 4个方面探索缓解教育资源的问题 ,取得了一些成功的经验 。

With the development of education reform,the shortage of education resources is being felt more and more strongly.The author explores some his own experiences to solve the problem from four respects and hopes to be used as reference in educationa reform of colleges and universities.
