联合用药治疗顽固性心力衰竭30例疗效观察

Curative Effect of Synergsim on Headstrong Heart Failure for 30 Cases

目的探讨联合用药治疗顽固性心力衰竭的疗效.方法明确诊断心衰患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例应用多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺、环磷腺苷、卡托普利治疗,对照组30例应用洋地黄、利尿剂药物治疗,1疗程后观察结果.结果治疗组治疗后心功能、症状、体征的改善明显高于对照组,有效率达91.7%.结论与常规治疗相比,应用联合用药治疗顽固性心衰有显著疗效.

Objective To investigate the curative effect of synergsim on headstrong heart failure. Methods Sixty cases with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, control group and test group. Thirty cases in the test group were treated with dopamine, dobutamine, adenosine cyclophosphate and captopril while the others in the control group were treated with ordinary medicines and results were observed after 1 course of treatment. Results Amelioration of heart accomplishment,symptom and sign in test group were much higher than those in the control group(effective rate reaches 91.7%). Conclusion Compared with ordinary methods, synergism on headstrong heart failure has a remarkable effect.
