摘要
采用有限元方法分析了在微观状态下的颗粒增强金属基复合材料中颗粒的受力。颗粒简化成圆球、圆锥、圆柱和带圆角的圆柱形状。结果表明 ,由于颗粒和基体的弹性模量的差异 ,使颗粒出现应力集中。圆柱形颗粒的应力集中在基体达到屈服后要远远高于其他三种颗粒。同时 ,随着圆柱形颗粒的长径比增大 ,应力集中也增大。
The finite element method is used to analyse the micro-stress in the particles in metal matrix composites.The particle shapes are a type of ball,cone,cylinder and cylinder with circle angle.The difference of matrix and particle modulus is the main reason of stress concentration in the particles.The stress concentration factor of cylinder is much larger than that of other three kinds.The larger the length to diameter ratio of cylinder is,the larger the stress concentration factor is.
