摘要
利用GC MS对污染严重的官厅水库沉积物中的有机成分进行了初步的定性分析和归类 ,并探讨了有机污染物的来源 .对不同的提取方法、提取时间的探索 ,得到了样品提取的最佳条件 .优化了固相萃取的条件 ,并在此条件下用固相萃取对土壤样品中的多环芳烃类、有机酸类化合物进行了富集和纯化 ,GC MS分析检出了 80种多环芳烃、2 9种一元酸和 6种二元酸 .
The main organic components of the precipitation in Guanting Reservior are qualitatively determined by GC MS. The origins of organic pollutants are discussed. By the investigation of the two extraction methods and extraction time, it is found that extracting the precipitation by Soxhlet extraction method in 8 hours has the highest efficiency. The suitable conditions of solid phase extraction are obtained. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and organic acids of the precipitation are enriched and purified by SPE method. And 80 kinds of PAHs , 26 kinds of acids and 6 kinds of diacids are detected.
