牵牛子(黑丑)化学成分的初步研究

Studies on The Chemical Constituentof Pharbitis purpurea( L.) Voight seed

对牵牛子的化学成分进行研究 ,结果表明 :牵牛子含油量为 1 7.5 0 % ,其脂肪油含有大量人体必需的不饱和脂肪酸 .其主要成分为 :棕榈酸 ( 1 5 .0 7% )、硬脂酸 ( 1 0 .0 2 % )、油酸 ( 2 9.5 5 % )、亚油酸 ( 32 .0 4 % )、亚麻酸 ( 7.0 3% )等 .此外 ,还测定了 1 8种氨基酸 ,2 4种矿质元素等成分 .种子含有 8种必需氨基酸 ,占总氨基酸的 34 .98% ,矿质元素种类齐全 ,Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ca含量较高 .

The chemical constituents of Pharbitispurpurea( L.) Voightseedshave been studied. The result showed:the contentof its fatty oil reaches1 7.50 % ,there are plenty of fatty acids which is necessary for human body in the seed oil.The main composition were:palmitic acid ( 1 5.0 7% ) , stearicacid( 1 0 .0 2 % ) ,oleicacid( 2 9.55% ) ,linonic acid( 3 2 .0 4% ) ,linolenicacid( 7.0 3 % ) ,etc,and eighteen kinds of amino acids,twenty-fourkinds of minerals elements from the seed were also detect- ed.Therewere eightkinds of essential amino acids forhuman body ,which makesup to 3 4.98% of its total amino acid in its seed.The kindsof mineral elementswere rich,the contentof Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn and Ca are higher.The seed and its oil were of higher potential value in nutrientand medical effect.
