碱性锌锰电池中的凝胶剂能提高电池的电性能和贮存性能,减少析气量和内部短路,改善高温性能。凝胶剂单独使用效果不及复合使用效果好。文章详细介绍了不同产地不同品牌凝胶剂按不同比例搭配使用对LR6电池的放电性能和贮存性能产生不同的影响。

The binder for zinc gel of a lkaline Zn-MnO 2 batteries are beneficial to improve the batteries' s electrical,storage and high temperature performance,to reduce amount of gas evolved and inner short cir-cuit.The result of experiment showe d that the effect of composite applic ation of several binder is better than that of single application.The influence of different kinds of binder wi th different composite ratio on elec trical and storage performances of LR6batt eries are described.
