摘要
文章介绍了制备无汞锌粉的一般工艺流程以及我国无汞锌粉的研究和生产概况;综述了影响无汞锌粉析气量的主要因素以及无汞锌粉的松装密度和粒度分布对电池性能的影响。文章指出:关于锌粉合金的成分、配伍以及它对析氢量和电池性能的影响还须进一步开展研究。
The general manufacturing process a s well as the research and developmen t status of mercury-free zinc powder in our country were intro duced in this paper.The main factors affecting the amount of hydrogen evolution along with the influence o f bulk density and distributions of particle-size on performances of al-kaline Zn-MnO 2 batteries were reviewed.The article indicated that,it is needed to rese arch futher the composition problem of zinc powder a lloy and its effect on amout of H 2 evolution and on performances of batteries.
