摘要
防爆密封圈是碱性锌锰电池的关键部件之一。文章介绍了LR6电池防爆密封圈的材料,制造设备和工艺参数;报导了主要生产工序对产品质量的影响。经过多次试验,获得了烘料温度,注射压力和速度,防爆层厚度和形状,模具温度及冷却时间等方面的最佳参数值范围。
The explosion-ploof sealing circul s was one of key parts of alkalines Zn-MnO 2 batteries.Materials,production equipements and relativ es parameters of explosion-proof se aling circuls for LR6batteries were introduced.The effects of main prod uction process on quality of products were reported.Based on many times experiments,the best parameters ra nges about pressure and speed of mate rials injection,mould temperature,thickness and shape of explosion-pr oof layers were obtained.
